Refund Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

After you've requested a return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

Exceptions:
Personalized products cannot be returned because they are custom-made.

Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the cost of returns.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
